  Mike is a great trainer, he is very patient especially with some of my handicaps. I live training with him, the exercises are simple but very effective. Love the negative side of the rep. Nobody I've ever trained with had that technique. I totally recommend you pay him a visit. Thanks again buddy.

  Can’t say enough about Mike. I trained with Mike and was very impressed with his Unique training style. Mike always made me feel comfortable and engaged in all my workouts. He truly cares about your overall well being. Mike gave me better options when it came to my eating habits. Overall, great guy!!! I highly recommend Mike if you want results now and in the future!

  I’ve worked with Mike for a number of years. He’s genuinely nice, down to earth, and always professional. Unfortunately, I no longer live in NY otherwise I would still be seeing him. Because of Mike, I always feel confident in my form and attacking any type of exercise. He showed me useful dieting habits which I incorporate everyday. He’s always thinking outside the box and it will help you do the same whenever you’re working out alone. I drastically changed the way I approach fitness and dieting after working with Mike. I highly recommend giving him a call at the very least. If you like rock and roll then it’s a no brainer.

  I trained with Mike for several years and I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers I've ever met. Mike helped me achieve my goals and made every session challenging and fun at the same time. His workouts go beyond the 30-60 minutes in the gym. It extends over all aspects of health, exercise and nutrition. He is the best trainer I have ever met and the only one I would use or recommend.

  I have had the pleasure of training with Mike for several years and he is one of the best trainers I have worked with. He helped me with all aspects of my training including nutrition, which helped increase my results. When training with Mike, I did not feel intimidated by him at all. He is easy to talk to and he listens. He wants the best out of you and your workouts. I would highly recommend Mike.
