  Wish I could give 0 Stars!! They yanked my hair constanlly! My hair was dry and I recently washed my hair the day before they didn't even put product in my hair not even water!! The floor was dirty and had used old weaves! THEY DON'T EVEN SANITIZE THEIR BRUSHES!!!

  This shop needs to bed shut down........ Besides the terrible job that was done on my hair, the shop is FILTHY and the staff is very rude. Being a business owners myself I know that customer service is key! The combs were filled with the hair of atleast 20 past clients, the walls had sockets with live wires hanging out, dust and dirt everywhere and then the owner Mimi says to me " my shop is cleaner than your whole house!" So I proceeded to take pictures! There were females eating in the back while customers were coming in for service. I will NEVER recommend anyone go there!!! And I will be calling the health department in the morning!!!!

  A 23 y.o box braided my hair here the day before labor day. Got there at 1230pm. Waited until 5pm and left at midnight. Paid $140 for my braids to start slipping 4 days later. I honestly read the reviews before going, but still wanted to chance it. Gave you a chance with my money and you abused it!!
