  This place was my go-to because of their affordable rates, but now I probably won't go back unless it's a last resort (which could happen considering it's difficult to find places this cheap that does weekly rates unfortunately). It depends on what room you get how it's going to work out for you. The rooms on the nicer side of the motel that are updated that I stayed in are clean and comfortable but they are the most expensive. The other side though with the cheap rooms, especially if you get a really bad room is probably not going to be a pleasant experience if you have standards. The wifi isn't very reliable in any of the rooms I've stayed in, but the last room I got it didn't work at all most of the time inside of the room. The kitchen counters/sink/bathroom/tables don't look like they get cleaned as often as they should, or at least they don't get cleaned well. I've had to wipe crumbs off of the table from the last person, found a bar of used soap in the little holder in the shower, and food still in the sink in the food catcher. The beds have always been comfortable for me, and I've been able to sleep well except for this last time where I felt like I was being eaten alive until they would change the bedding which would help for the most part. I was also skipped multiple times by one of the house-keeping ladies that works there, when I was never skipped when I would stay there before this time. The other woman that does the cleaning is very friendly, and she would always come by when she would be working. I did report a couple of things to the front desk, but felt like I was being a bother to her.

  Just about everything the girl that works at the front is extremely rude. There's something that has an extremely strong odor in every room. So strong it even makes my throat numb. Was in an extremely old room and there was no guard on the heater when I tried to get into the shower I accidentally fell into the heater. When I tried to file an incident report the girl told me that I was not allowed to and they never did that at their place of business. They have charged me deposits for my service animals. And almost threatened to not give my $20 deposit back because of a late check-out which was around 11:30am their normal check out is 10:00am. Don't most places have the availability of a late check-out? One good thing about the place is that I have never slept anywhere so good. It almost felt like I was passing out. The towels are always Staind I have even seen pubic hairs on toilet seats that were supposedly clean. If anyone has the opportunity to stay at the Milwaukie Inn please don't run run as fast as you can. Sometimes I even got the feeling like I was being watched or that people got into my room by accessing it through the panels that lead to the Attic.

  Get what you pay for I guess, got a non-smoking room and it just smelled like smokes and ass. Bed was blown out and odors permeate every surface that can hold a funk. I guess it was mostly a case of crappy room on my first visit .The next week I was faced with having to go back to the Milwaukie inn and I was dreading another stay in the ashtray/stinkie laundry hamper that was room 40 .This time I was placed in 22 and was relieved to be greeted with a half way decent room . No foul odors or a feeling of having to douse myself with bleach after getting out of bed. All that being said I do want to mention that the staff is plesent andhelpful

  Got bed bugs from here over a year ago. I brought up the ashtray with the bed bugs and they kept on saying to wait til 9am. I kept on coming back because I kept on finding bed bugs and they kept saying the same thing then they said they called the police and that they were in there with them and gave me attitude. That was obviously a lie. 9am came around which was when they told me to ask for a refund and they only refunded me half because they claimed I didn’t report it when it occurred which I did numerous times. These guys are crooks. Don’t go here. They also said that they don’t have to refund me at all. I reported them to BBB and got no response so they were flagged. This motel is a joke. Don’t even bother responding. You’re crooks.

  Like this place but the toiletries they give needs improvements along with cleaner, nicer towels they don't want to hand you the next day. And then give you less. You can't even reserve a room, or a special room, by phone even with payment. No reservations. It has a beautiful court-yard with roses. They could be nicer. There attitudes are always full of suspicion and ill-mannered at times. Good on a budget I guess.
