  AWFUL customer service. Also, the kid behind the counter was disinterested, unknowledgeable, and very limited in his responses to simple questions. Which sucks because I was planning on spending at least $1,000 in tools that day (band saw, hole hawg, sawzall etc.) . I ended up going on Amazon and buying a bunch of DeWalt tools. Milwaukee makes GREAT tools, but when it comes to customer service they can and should do better.

  Dropped a m12 copper cutter off never heard from this place again been months they took an say everything you want to hear just aren't the people I seem to please apparently this isn't a plumbers place to bring his person equipment for his service that is perfectly fine happy not to have e to replace my m18 copper cripper do not i repeat Do Not Turst Them.... dirty dealer.

  I have dealt with this place numerous of time always been great, exept for last visit i brung my saw zaw in For a simple screw replacement they kept tool for 2weeks and when i went to pick up they disassembled entire tool and gave me a bag i was so mad i said something to the counter guy and he said u sighned paper it is what it is i left tool on counter in atleast 20 pieces. And one guy w/apron came and seen how counter clerk was treating me. Came and took my name and number and said he would try to rectify situatio. I hope so because i have atleast $4000.00 in Milwaukee tools and should be better valued
