::Great way to travel in and out of Chicago.. Its a fraction of the average parking cost at most hotels and you do not have to risk the damage of trying to drive in the congestion Chicago traffic and pay the parking fees if you do drive and park somewhere else. The food options are fair, but I didn't go there to eat so it was a pleasant surprise to see food at all.

::Good train station but it can take a millenium to get here during rush hour

::I love the fact that the train has a "quiet car." That's where I usually sit on my ride home from work.

::The people working at the restaurants here are cheerful and friendly! I was there two days ago and I ate at Subway and then grabbed a drink at Starbucks. The staff at both restaurants were very kind to me. Great start to the New Year! The sandwich at Subway was fresh and the hot drink at Starbucks was just what I needed on that freezing cold day!

::This station is awesome! Metra Electric and South Shore Line trains leave/arrive on an interval of 2 minutes, so no waiting around. Pristine. Shops are nice, there's a Starbucks, Subway, frozen yogurt, and a bunch of other things. If you go past the South Shore platforms, there's a door out to a street under Randolph St. Follow the Chicago Pedway logos and you will end up at another door. Go in and take the elevators from floor 2.5 to 7 and you will be at the street in no time! The elevators are pretty fast. Or you can go east past all the shops and then there is stairs that go up to the street. Then there are more Pedway passages, one leads to the Chicago Cultural Ctr. and beyond. EDIT: Water Street entrance is east of Michigan Av. on South Water Street. On the right side of the street, there is a plaza area with an unmarked (?) revolving door into the station.
