::We chose to park here when we visited Chicago for St.Patrick's Day. It's location gave us easy access to Millennium Park and Cloud Gate, The St.Patrick's Day Parade, and was a short walk to seeing river dyed green. It has a restroom that made it easy for us to get our 3 littles to frequently throughout our visit, and a friendly staff that helped direct us to different areas around the city. We would recommend parking here if you are planning to visit Chicago, and will use this service again on our next visit!

::Their security here is horrible. At least once a week I pass a junky in the stairwell, sometimes including a puddle of urine. If I can find these issues by accident rushing to the office then they could find them on purpose. Make sure you watch your surroundings because you're on your own. The call boxes may take ten minutes to get an answer and your cell phone isn't going to work very well. The elevators are frequently broken and even when they're in service they barely work. On the positive side, the Door Close button actually closes the door on command.
