  I’m so glad my family chose to come here to have our braces done. The best places should always have a welcoming feel and Milestone Orthodontics do a great job of that. The workers here are great. They are kind, and great at what they do. I’ve never had any problems here. I 100% recommend coming here.

  Honestly, the best orthodontist in the entire tri-state area. The staff is extremely polite & accommodating! Dr. Milestone is very professional and he takes pride in what he does. He does an excellent job! My teeth are amazing thanks to Dr. M! They have freshly baked cookies too!!!!!

  I can 100% say that I’m very glad I have chosen this place to come to with my problem. Everyone here has been nothing but nice and helpful. Never thought I would be able to have straight teeth the way my situation was looking... but I was wrong. With all the work being put in, the changes I have seen with my teeth are incredible! Highly recommend this orthodontics with everything it has to offer!

  My two children have been patients at Milestone Orthodontics (Paramus location), for a few years and always have a great experience. It'a a busy practice that has the friendly feel of a smaller practice. Dr. Milestone is very engaging and explains, clearly, the work that he is about to do, as well as the different options that the children may have. The front desk staff, and dental assistants are very friendly and outgoing. They always have a smile on their face, which makes the whole experience there, much easier. Toni, at the front desk, has an especially pleasant demeanor, and is very easy to deal with, when scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend Milestone Orthodontics! James

  I went to 3 different orthodontists to compare procedures have to be done in order to get the desired results, and their prices. Dr. Milestone approach in dealing with my case was most acceptable, because none of my teeth were planned to be removed (other 2 doctors wanted remove at least one teeth each). Price for the work was 1/3 less than the other doctors (their offers were almost the same). Staff is very friendly and professional. I see the same people all the time, which tells me about positive atmosphere at this office. Waiting time is a breeze.
