  Growing up in NJ, I would consider myself a pizza snob. I loved the buffalo chicken slice and the staff is super friendly as well!

  Loved their food. Went there lately just before closing for a Italian hoagie, very disappointed,dry hoagie no mayo or oil, hard roll slacking on meat and cheese. I almost gave them 5 stars. What a disappointment. SMH. I was hooked.

  The worst never got a chance to get any food from them at all. I'm a cancer patient from Jefferson hospital and when I was trying to place an order they kept hanging up on me then I called back they had me on hold then hung up on me. Then called back for them to pretend to they could not her me on the phone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I would like to give NEGATIVE stars for this place. It took over 3 hours to get part of our order. The food was made incorrectly. We asked for cheese on the side but it was slathered all over the fries so they were not even eatable due to how soggy they were. The cheese steaks were ordered to have ketchup on them but she said she would put it on the side. That is not what I ordered. As a paying customer this service was unacceptable. We asked if we could split the transaction and make two separate orders and we were told no due to not being able to have a delivery under $10. Regardless the order was over $10 because we ordered several things. While placing the order we informed the lady we had a coupon for the cheese steak special and she states "well you should of told me this first now I have to start the order over". The lady Heather pretended to be the owner when we called back to express our concerns. Then states her "dad" is the owner and he wont care about this problem. Never again will we order from this establishment and working for a large corporation around the corner for this place they will be loosing a ton of business since our office orders from here several times and week and for all of our office parties. UPDATE: the owner called back and told us he did a double service by coming back twice. Sorry but this wouldn't of been the case if you would of brought the other part of the order first and WE PAID FOR THE FOOD!! This was not a service. The RUDE owner even hung up on us and refused to refund our money!!! NO MORE BUSINESS FROM US!!!
