  Milan Capital Management with California DRE License Number 01841081 has failed to provide safety for customers and renters at Euclid Plaza in Anaheim. Despite numerous reports of vandalism, assaults, and theft the property management company has refused to install cameras, proper signage with their information, or a regularly scheduled security officer. I was a victim of vandalism at this poorly managed plaza and there is no information posted to contact property managers. Nor is there proper signage relieving themselves of liability on the property. Store managers all stated that the company has ignored countless reports of safety and has neglected their responsibility. Janet Mcgill, who is in charge of managing Euclid Plaza in Anaheim has ignored these reports and has attempted to hide tenant and customers complaints and in turn has failed the owners of this property. The CEO of this poorly managed company, Mr. Christopher Nichelsen is equally unconcerned about the service and responsibility they owe the properties they manage. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ENTRUSTING THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTIES. The company seems to be more concerned with presenting a false image than in managing their properties responsibly and successfully. Their lack of professionalism and respect for their owners, tenants, and customers is grotesque.
