  Been with these folks since i was a teenager. I love how it's a family oriented gym. Great for people of all age groups.

  I've been training different forms of martial arts for way too long now and it's very very very hard to find a combination of good skill, dedicated people, intense material and familial camaraderie in a combat oriented environment. You can come here for traditional kata and forms, sparring (hard or easy), grappling and weapons.
