  I love Mike and Craig. I have owned three BMWs and have taken them all to these guys. Mike is a salty character. He is almost totally deaf and when you call the shop, you have to speak very slowly and clearly because the phone is turning your speech into text for him. If your car is junk, he will tell you it is. If you or another mechanic did something stupid to your car, he will tell you so. If you hang around long enough, he will tell you dirty jokes. But I have never gone to a car repair place and had more confidence that the people working there knew what they were doing. These guys know BMWs and do a great job. They are fairly priced and I believe honest. I'll keep coming as long as I can.

  I just asked for a quote to replace my battery and he called my car junk lol
