  BOYCOTTING. Brought excellent condition cream colored suit in. At pickup, pink spots all over. Free re-do. However, tried a few times to pickup, store hours not clear, so suit there a few months. Went back and they DONATED my suit!!! No recourse, no courtesy call. Sign on side wall, not obvious to customers that they cannot "keep" items for more than 6 months. Sounded like mine wasn't the first to have this outcome.

  Terrible. Gives you a date that your clothes will be done by - "no problem!" - and then extends that by several days. No set hours, opens and closes pretty much randomly.
