  Worst experience. Well, except for Harlen... He was super nice. Stan... Awful, Celestino "Tino"... Awful. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Snake oil old school sales tactics and grossly overpriced just hoping for a "dummy" to bite. To boot they appraised my car for trade in value, they never asked for my registration but apparently took it upon themselves to go through my glovebox and remove it. I had no idea till I received a phone call later in the day that they had "forgotten to return my registration". I've just never heard of anything like this. So who knows who had access to my personal information that was apparently floating around the dealership. Can you say... Identify theft! Creeps

  I bought brand new Ram they refuse to fill my tank they said that is normal. So I spoke with manager and I told him I might stack in middle of the road so he gave me Arco car for $5 so I left on empty. Really??? I just bought new car!!! They also did not put floor mats they said they run out please come by in week. Also spare key to this day they have not order so I stop calling them because that’s waste of time. I bought other cars in other places they always fill up tank and do car wash and make sure everything is ready they take care of you so do return business But not in Midway. If you are choosing this place make sure everything in order.

  Purchased a vehicle Sunday Sales stated they would fill up tank.. Figure that was normal When you purchase a vehicle Only half was filled and was told 30.00 for used vehicles.. BS I say.. Jeep is a 2017. I purchased an 08 Tahoe 4 years ago and Carmax gave it to me with a full tank Lazy Customer Service
