  Quiet spot, Wifi available at a good speed, Dollar coffee. Seems to be a good study spot.

  Very well kept, clean establishment with low prices, excellent service and fantastic food and drinks. SO happy they're just a short walk from my place.

  My new favorite spot. Coffee and juices are great. They even have ice cream and pastries. Their chairs are comfy
