::I have always been interested in old and abandoned buildings, so when I saw that Midland is in an old factory, I knew I had to go. After that first visit, I've been back at least a couple times each month. The infrastructure is amazing and there are so many cool booths. Pricing varies from booth to booth, but I have found many items that I have been looking for, and I have found items I strive to get when I have the money saved up. Midland can easily be an all day trip. The place is expansive! I hope they eventually open up the higher floors for customers, because right right now only the first and second floors are accessible.

::So many interesting things to be found here. It's a great way to spend an afternoon.

::I love antiquing, for me it is relaxing and rewarding when I can find "that" little or big treasure that I was not necessary looking for but that touched my heart, Midland Arts is big, be prepared for lots of walking and to see a little bit of everything, there are boots with very unique items and other boots with very derivative stuff as any big antique market, but I can promise that I've never left disappointed or empty handed.

::I love coming here. Some prices are too high but find the reasonable ones and go back to them.

::I have stopped for years at Midland Arts and Antiques Mall on trips between Chicago and Nashville. I always looked forward to the stop. However, over the past few years I've noticed a marked decline in the uniqueness of the merchandise. The recent intrusion of cheaply made and highly priced reproductions, much of it imported from India, has really been disappointing to see. I was also aghast at the wall of slaughtered animal hides on my way to the second floor...what a designer cliché. The schlocky, retro, pseudo-cool virus has infected this mall.
