  Have been with midfirst for a long time, always have been good service on the phone and in the stores. Good service from the ladies so far each time I have been inside, never a wait.

  WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I was sold a deal by a Katie Wilkinson and was completely lied to and conned. Told me things about a credit card that was a bold face lie before I handed over 5,000$ to match for a credit card with the equivalent amount. Was told "I'll set you up with this credit card and after a year of payments you can withdraw the 5k$ in your savings we hold, and do what you want with it wether or not the card is payed off or not. You may keep the credit card as well and spend as intended." This was a bold face lie and I was later told by trey at Nw 63rd & MacArthur that was not the truth. I'm not stuck in credit card payments inevitably til it's paid off and only then can I get my 5k$ and I have to close the credit card to get it. I was completely lied to and apparently they aren't training their employees properly at midfirst bank. Worst banking experience of my life. Midfirst is full of crooks.
