  Terrible place, would not recommend this shop to anyone. All I have had is bad customer service and been repeatedly charged for something I didn't ask them to do on my car. The guy up front "J. Melvin" was extremely rude upfront at the counter. Very disappointed.

  The service personnel were friendly and helpful, the service took less time than had been anticipated, and the quality seemed good. The price was a bit high, but that seems to be the norm in Anchorage.

  Great service and prices. Their shuttle service made it so convenient to get my car fixed during the weekday! I will always take my car here for maintenance.

  I've had nothing but trouble with this shop. I've had my tires balanced here and it made my vibration worse. I took it to the Eagle River location and they said they screwed up somehow with the weights they used and eagle river fixed the problem. They also have a poor conseption of time. It'll be a couple hours means two. Not 3.5. After being told a half hour more I decided to go to panda (which is pretty good) I came back and waited another 45 minutes. It's just ridiculous. Give me a legit time so I can plan around my day. However, David is a solid dude.

  I've been going to the Boniface one for a while and they've always been great. However today, my oil change took an hour over the estimated time. They voided the charges and let me keep my get 4 have an oil change free coupons. Great customer service :) Will definitely recommend
