  I called the shop before taking my Odyssey EX-L, which needed a tpms in front tire. I asked the person answering the phone if they would be putting Honda OEM TPMS in my car and he assured me of that. I took my car next day asked them about the cost edtimate before they put the sensor in my car. I was told they’d be able to tell me after the inspection. After 45 minutes the parson on the counter informed me that my car was done. They put an after market TPMS in my car without my approval and tried to convinced me that was the best thing. After 30 minutes of driving TPMS malfunction sign popped up again in my car. I took the car back and first they wanted to take the TPMS out and refund me but then they reprogrammed the sensor again and told me this would not hapeen again and if it would I do not need to come back again to get refund. Guess what, after 10 mile it came again and now these scumbags wanted me to come back again so they can take the sensor out and refund me. They are bunch of liars and have ne ragards for what they say. Stay away from this shop. Ripoffs. I even do not want these liars to give 1 star for the service they provided.

  This place is amazing. I’m a college student, they worked with my budget and my availability for time. They kept saying “we care more about your safety than money” they drive you if you need a ride. The staff is so kind. Highly recommend!

  The manager behind the counter got me all original parts for more than half off from the dealer price. . They brought me to see what was wrong and worked with me on the price and were constantly in contact. Even offered to drive me somewhere if I needed. Great place and nice people.

  Highly recommend Hawthorne Midas!! Great service, fair pricing and an interest free payment option! Went in for an oil change and low tire pressure lights.. turned out 2 tires had nails. Fernando gave me a few different options including repairing the old tires. I opted for 4 new tires (almost 50k miles). He had the tires the next day. I dropped off my car around 8:30 am and had it back just a few hours later. Very satisfied w the entire experience.
