  Great atmosphere. Would be even more amazing if they had a jacuzzi. Lots of super dedicated people here, including members.

  highly recommend it. Absolutely THE place for serious trainers! You can find every machine you need here and they’re organized nicely. Love the place

  Best gym I've worked out at in NYC. Gym is clean and equipment is in good condition. Trainers are excellent. I recommend this gym to people into fitness and to NYC personal trainers, this is a great place to concentrate on your career.

  All the equipment a serious weightlifter could want, from bumper plates to heavy dumbbells. Machines in excellent condition. Equal number of men and women. Heavy bag, boxes for plyometric jumps. Great gym atmosphere. I will come back(just visiting).

  I was a member here for about two years. It's reasonably priced but not particularly clean and the equipment (such as the tread mills and leg extension) is in a general state of disrepair. It gets really crowded after work, which is obviously the case at most gyms in this city, but there aren't many overwhelming positives. If you're in the area then it could be a good value option in terms of gyms. I definitely wouldn't be crossing neighborhoods to get to Mid City though. Definitely negotiate your rate if you do sign up, they basically just make up numbers so don't agree to the first one.
