  Worst tech support ever, brought in my laptop for a hard drive replacement they told me oh we'll call you back by Monday, no one called so I went that said it's not done yet, we didn't call you, you have hard-drive failure. You need a new hard. Okay why nobody call me to. Tell me? Or email ? They told me 1 hour and it'll be ready, i was in Portland and I live in vancouver so i came back after one hour They told me it's not Done yet Every time I go to the store they know what's my problem and they talking on the microphone te each other to delay me At the the end i said I'll come pick it up next sat They said it's alright, i had a problem and i had to leave town so i came back literally after 10 mins to pick it up They told me you can't pick it up because the technician put a new hard drive in I said if she put it in install the windows and my driver's If not put the old one back Why playing so much games? Why do 20 mins job in 2 weeks? They'll try to sell you but not fix it for you The tech support were all nice except this one guy his name starts with J and he knows him self I'm not gonna put your full name on here, but I promise a whole review about you

  Great products and good customer service. However they are likely to be out of stock. This is especially unfortunate as the representatives will really get you hyped about a product only to find that you can't actually buy it anywhere. I likely won't go back to a windows store because of this.

  They fixed my Surface, but they offer me the easy way out for them... formating my hard drive. In rest no complains, appointment on line, nice customer service (tea or coffee) and very curtious.

  Fantastic staff, always helpful and energetic honestly couldn't imagine better. The only issue is that when I went in they were a little overbooked in terms of how many people needed assistance by a technician and how many techs they had, but everything else was awesome! Thanks so much!

  Very good experience in my first training. I am switching from a MAC to PC and the trainer understood both the MAC and PC. Have newly purchased PC at early stages of getting comfortable. Trainer was patient, good listener and was able to focus on the specific challenges to ensure most import concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Anything that came up that he was not able to answer, there was someone else in the store who was an expert in that area and available to help. It was also nice they offer water and coffee:)
