  You know what I'm glad they had a fire because they stole a ibuypower from me I took it there and the next day I went back and they said I didn't bring anything there I hate that place

  BUYER BEWARE! READ! My daughter brought in her FUNCTIONING iPod to get a ROUTINE screen & front camera replacement. We accepted the price and they told us it would be ready in 3 days. My daughter called in after 3 days and they told her it wasn't ready (strange). 4 days go by and they told my daughter to call back in an hour(they were closed when we called back). 5 days go by and they said that they were still waiting for a part. At this point, I was getting a little suspicious and annoyed so we went in on day 6(FYI-we called that day and they told us to call back LOL). These crooks tried to collect our money before even showing us a working iPod. I told the guy to show us that it's working and then we would pay. The guy tried telling us that the battery was dead and it would take an hour to charge. REALLY?! WAS I BORN YESTERDAY?! We told him, "NO, it takes less than 4 minutes and we'll wait!" Lo and behold, after 30 minutes and 2 different charging cords the iPod did NOT turn on and wasn't charging. It became obvious that they were stalling over the phone because they were aware that they destroyed my daughters iPod. The guy has the nerve to tell us that he guarantees his work and that he did not break the iPod. He had the audacity to tell us that he would order a new charging port and send us the price. We quickly told him, "NO!, we brought in a fully functioning iPod and now it doesn't even turn on." After some back and fourth he agreed to fix it for free and call us back. Not surprisingly, he called us after a few days and told us that he couldn't fix her iPod and wouldn't charge us. We brought in a perfectly working iPod and it was returned back to us DEAD. He did not EVEN offer to compensate us with a new iPod or some type of Mp3 Player. Now I need to purchase a new $200+ iPod for my daughter and this "company" walks away scot free.

  This guys from micro computers are very helpful they work with all brand of computers they fixed my apple MacBook air I'm happy now, i highly recommended them.
