  Never order from their web site if you care about how your order looks. They deliver arrangements that look nothing like the pictures posted. I asked about not getting the identical arrangement and was told it’s to look close.. How can they make an arrangement look close to what they post, if they use different flowers to put it together? Sigh... Never again...

  For a florist that uses mostly carnations and Daisy's when I went to order a funeral spray they told me it would start at $365.00 That is crazy.... Try elsewhere

  WHAT I ORDERED WAS NOT DELIVERED. MY MOM IS HOSPITALIZED DUE TO A STROKE. I ORDERED THE COTTON CANDY DELUXE ARRANGEMENT AND THREE BALLOONS TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR LADY OF MERCY HOSPITAL. I EVEN CHECKED THE BOX THAT SAYS "DO NOT MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS." WHEN THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED THEY WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND LOOKED CHEAP. I SPENT $100.16 CENTS TO BE DECEIVED BY THEM. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!

  I wanted to order a flower arrangement from this florist and they told me it would be $30 more than what their website had. Do you honestly think people don't look at your website?
