  This is a fantastic store with awesome wares... But the majority of the staff here are more concerned with personal gossip and talking on their cell phones than working or helping customers. The prices are comparable with other similar stores however this store appears to be cutting back on the stock items they used to carry. All in all I'd give this site a 3.5 score... If I could.

  I love this store! My new fav, even with a toddler in tow! Staff is knowledgeable, I’ve never seen a “mess” no more than customers rummaging or not putting items in their proper spot. I find great deals here and it feeds my crafty side! I enjoy spending time here and visit frequently!

  Store is clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful, the wait at the register was not too long. The store had everything I was looking for at a fair price.

  I visited Michaels twice in the last week. I required about 20 minutes to find what I was looking for on my first visit. I could not wait to go back the second time when I spent almost 2 hours methodically going up and down the aisles checking out the vast selection of Flora and Fauna and bits and bobs. They appear to stock the old standard and reliable items as well as new and innovative products. The prices were a little higher than I expected. However, every item I purchased was marked down at least 40% which made the prices attractive.

  I like this better then the hobby lobby across the street. Great options and staff is friendly. They don't follow me around like I'm trying to steal something... I enjoy taking my time and looking through all the awesome stuff without feeling somebody hovering over me. Great deals and almost always a sale or coupon.
