  I think about how great this chain was when they had sufficient staff and people knowledgeable in their different specialties, and it's just sad now by comparison. The store is relatively well-kept, though it carries far fewer things than it used to, and it's hard to find a quantity of anything. They will recommend that you can get it online, but that's not usually when I need it, or I would have gotten it from Amazon and paid half the cost. It's not the fault of the staff, it's a corporate culture issue, and the customer just isn't as important as saving the pennies they would pay an employee to make several dollars in additional sales.

  Need to stay up to date with the Happy Planner stickers. I DO understand that all Michael's don't get the same shipments. It's just difficult to locate what I want...when I'm looking for it.
