  You can find way better quality jewelry somewhere else for a cheaper price. They overprice everything and act Like they are giving you good sales just so you buy.

  worst place ever! buy a ring spouse to get it after 2 days 3 weeks past and no ring. call the store they dont even know what im talking about. crazy never again...

  They get a star for the sales lady who was very patient. The rest of the experience was horrible. We tried two different pairs of earrings on my soon to be 3 year old. She was excited that one pair had her favorite color, blue, so we picked that pair after half an hour for the "clearance price" of $69.99. (Right next to the pair we picked there was a larger version for $179)When we got to the register they charged us the price for the larger pair - $179. We questioned the price and they apologized for the error of mixing them up. They offered us their "best" price of $119. I have shopped at such a large range of stores from small chains to larger chains. It's a known policy that when the price is marked incorrectly , the customer gets the price they see! Especially in this situation where the earrings are in an enclosed case, so it was obviously the company's fault not another customer who misplaced them. I am not looking forward to breaking the news to my excited two year old.

  Terrible stay away from them. My fiancee got my engagement ring from there, boy I wish he didn't. The DIAMOND FELL OFF THE RING in the first six months. Now they are "investigating" to see if I didn't steal my own diamond to see IF they will give me another one!!!!! And this ridiculous process may take over a month!!!! DO NIT WASTE YOU MONEY THERE!!!
