  Seems to me company doesn't really help you with getting a good insurance premium. I have called them few times about our condominium insurance and that the new quote was much higher (10%) then previous year and I have found 2 more companies that gave me the lower rate (almost 20% less!). They said that they could do better that what current quote is and our condo will have to cancel insurance if I would go with another company. We have sent them a letter that we would like to cancel but somehow they managed to loose paperwork related to cancellation. 6 months later we have received a letter from collection company that we own monies on insurance. How this could ever happen ?
