  Extremely happy with the entire office and staff. Dr. Tyner's half hour appointments are so precisely timed you could set your watch to them - for a 10 a.m. appointment I am in the chair at 10 and walking out of his office at exactly 10:30. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and does not waste time and does not sugarcoat any problems that come up. Dr. Tyner knows how to clearly and effectively talk to his patients about brushing better, being more diligent with appointments, and if there is anything unforeseen during a procedure he tells you right then and there what has happened and how you, he, or both need to go forward - he never blames a patient for anything in the past. Overall, best dentist I've ever seen in every aspect.

  Dr. Tyner is extremely professional. He is both caring and knowledgable. He treats everyone with respect and compassion. He is honest with his work. His office is clean and usually on time. His front desk staff are very helpful and sincere.

  My family and I have been going to Dr Tyner for 10 years. If you are looking for a great dentist look no further! Great location, nice office, wonderful, knowledgeable and caring dentist. His staff including the Hygienists are some of the best, for the last 10 years I have never had to wait for the appointments as they do a great job scheduling and confirming appointments.

  awful. Dr Tyner sent me home after a procedure and told me I would be fine. After the anesthetic wore off, I was in great pain. Dr Tyner refused to prescribe any type of pain killer despite numerous return visits. The pain subsided after several days; dr tyner finished the work and I never returned.
