  I would give NO STARS if I could because they DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY ON REPAIRS. Technician came out right away the first time and got his money paid. 30days later we had to keep calling and calling because problem wasn't fixed. Spoke to owner Sergio several times and continued being stood up several times. They never came out to fix or honor the 90 day warranty. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Plenty of people that really need the $ and are honest to customers.

  Sergio is great. Came over, told me how to fix it myself, didnt charge me. Then I couldnt do it, so he came back, and charged reasonably...

  EXCELLENT SERVICE AND I REALLY HONESTLY RECOMMEND THIS! AGAIN, Sergio was absolutely the best. This is my second time using his services. You can't beat his reasonable pricing. He is also bilingual. Thank you again.

  I appreciate the people that posted 5 stars because that's what I read to make my decision on using this business. Last Dec, i called this company to fix my refrigerator. Sergio was very polite; he fixed it the same day. One month later, the same problem reoccur. Since there's a 90 days warranty, I've been calling for 2 days with false promises. I hate be lied to, if there's an inconvenience; just let me known. All my groceries were thrown out due to this delay.

  I just want say thank you so much to Miami Air Cool for saving my day and refrigerator. I call them and literally within the hour Sergio was at my home fixing my problem. He under promised and over delivered which is unlike other Miami lay back contractors who really play with your time and money. He told me the truth over from the beginning and even follows up the next day. Extremely professional and punctual! I totally recommend Miami Air Coll to everyone who ever needs their services.
