  Piece of crap place. Got there 30 mins before closing. Asked him if they had a bolt in stock told me I can check tomorrow.

  Never rated a hardware store I am more of a hotel/ restaurant kind of person. What I can say is costumer service is not their concern. I can say if you know what you need ask and they will get it if they know what your talking about. I been going here for the past year like all small chains, (compare to home deport) their price are high. The good news if your in a rush they almost got everything you would need.
