  Great environment, but a little pricey. Be aware the tell you one price and at checkout that was only applied to for half the time. Staff was friendly. More explanations needed for rates. Loved our view.

  Stopped here for a night before our cruise. Lovely hotel. Large comfy rooms and great beds. Coffee maker in the rooms. Small coffee shop down in the lobby and a small mall linked between this hotel and the next. Had breakfast in one of the nice cafes in there. Very nice staff and good service. Would return if in miami again.

  Service was spectacular. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed everything about the hotel. Had a wonderful view on 27th floor. We utilized the business center several times and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every day. Pool bar service was not equal to internal hotel staff but very minor distinction.

  Went for a corporate event. It's in a prime location and has a beautiful view of the Miami skyline. Awesome world class service! Super friendly staff and great environment to relax. Not far from a cool sandbar where locals hang. Our chartered yacht used the dock behind the hotel and was very accessible to the Miami waterways. Did not stay overnight but I will next time. I'm from Miami and I would get a room for the night here. Highly recommend!!

  Incredible hotel with beautiful views, great restaurant and the friendliest staff. Attended a conference, where the staff seemed to be on top of all A/V and food/drinks. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony and view. The bed was very comfortable. The hair dryer was not super powerful, but did include a concentrator nozzle, which you don't come by often in hotels. I used both the fitness center and the pool. The fitness center was well stocked for a hotel: good quality cardio equipment with personal TVs, benches and some free weights, and various machines. The pool was small, but nice. There was a very large deck with plenty of loungers to soak in the sun. There was also a life size chess/checkers board, connect 4, and a ping pong table. The concierge lounge was nice, again with incredible views, but the snacks left a little to be desired. One night there was a weird mix of rice and meatballs, and the other night there were fajitas. There was always cheese and crackers, cookies and key lime pie bites available. Alcohol was available for a fee.
