  This place was sketchy. On the phone, they wouldn't give any price/time estimates. I still had no choice as I'm on tour with my company's F550 and nowhere else in Memphis would touch it. Upon dropping the truck off, no one was there but the parts guy. I left the vehicle and flew home. Over the next day or two, I heard nothing, until I called repeatedly to get estimates/make sure everything would be done on time. At the end of it all, I got an oil change (which was fine), they replaced a wheel at a massively high price, replaced two batteries, and couldn't fix a bent exhaust. The worst part is that the labor rates on the bill were outrageous (three hours to replace two batteries). When I pointed this out, they did lower my bill, but it was very shady, bolstering the bill with extra labor and hoping I wouldn't notice. I guess some people don't care when spending their companies money, but I do.
