  The place is cozy and with low lightning. Staff is very friendly. Prices are a bit high. The quality of the sushi was very good though. Do recommend!

  I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I found this place on Google and saw that it was a $$ place and 4 1/2 stars. So I had to go check it out. The place was beautiful, a bit small but that is Manhattan for you. When I went to look at the menu I was a bit taken aback by the prices. In my opinion I would rate this sushi place a $$$. The selection of sushi all looked amazing but a bit higher then I am use to paying for sushi. So my boyfriend ordered a salad and I ordered one of there combos. Sadly we left that place still very hungry and having to pay a large bill. I love sushi and the fish did taste amazing. I believe this was the first time I enjoyed eating a California roll. They make it with blue crab meat absolutely delicious. I don't deny that the food was delectable my only critique was the portion sizes. Enjoy!

  Ultra high-end japanese dining with ultra fresh food. Food is just amazing. Menu selection is simple and direct, everything on here makes you want to try it. The food, again is amazing and adds a new level of complexity with the different flavors and offerings. The combinations make you yearn for more. The service itself is very very classy, professional, and what you'd expect from ultra high-end dining. Restaurant is very very modern and contemporary. The furnishings and materials are in line with what you'd expect from high-end luxury dinning. Atmosphere is very posh.

  My wife and I went here for a nice dinner, and had our minds blown. We both like sushi, but neither of us realized how awesome it could be. We did the omakase (chef tasting menu) option, and the quality was unbelievable. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the chef was awesome to watch prepare our food and very friendly. Service was excellent. Easily one of the best meals we've ever had. You do pay for it though... While it was one of the best meals we've had, it definitely wasn't one of the cheapest! That being said, it was completely worth it, and if you want an awesome sushi experience in Houston this is the place to get it.

  MF Sushi is an incredible experience. We went for Houston Restaurant Week. There was a set menu and we got to sit right at the bar. Chef had an amazing lineup of tasty dishes for us and made friendly conversation the whole time. The other staff were very attentive and professional. The atmosphere is dimly lit and elegant. I will definitely be back here again. I highly recommend visiting for one of the best sushi experiences in Houston.
