  Absolutely superb designing and customer service! We had one kitchen and three bathrooms designed by Prados Design Service. This job was for an up-scale home in the Caribbean and we wanted it just so. Danielle, one of the designers, worked on all spaces until we were completely satisfied (not easy to do). She had creative design ideas and stayed with us with prompt communication as we tweeked and tweeked the lay-outs, shapes, colors, etc. We got e-mails at all hours of the day and night - obviously working after-hours. The end products are lovely! There is huge value in design - pretty tiles become eye-popping!

  Awesome selection of tile. Alexis was very helpful and staff very friendly. Plan on more projects for my home after seeing the showroom
