  I came to try to get my INE and the guy at the front was giving me a hard time about trying to get the process done, he said. Had to talked to the INE offices which I had already done and that's the reason why I was there. To do the process once again because I never got the INE the first time. Then he goes and talks to another lady (Melissa) which she call the INE office to ask about what had happened. Nevertheless she was rude and trying to give me to just wait to have the INE office send me the ID again... which I had previously called and they said they had destroyed the ID because they were never able to reach me. She should just give the information to the people...I don't need a lecture that has nothing to do with what I'm there for. Anyways. I was able to do the process which didn't take long by the way.

  Had a 945 appointment was attended by 950 and out the door by 11am. Staff all professional, good experience.

  Was given appt for 8am and they dont opwn till 8:30am. Otherwise good experience.

  I was there for the purpose of getting my working visa for mexico. As you have to leave Mexico and go to a consulate abroad I decided to go to the one in San Antonio. As I contacted them asking for more detailed information I got an answer within the same day and all my questions answered. When I was there they treated me very well, they were very nice and efficient. Within an hour I was able to leave with all my documents ready.
