This place is horrible and I believe kind of racist, I was there at 830am for my husband surgery about 5 hrs after they called him no one has came to tell me so I’m there don’t know what’s going on, however I see all kind of ppl coming out talking to husband, wives, family members telling them how their loved one is doing and not once did they come to me. After realizing I’m the only Hispanic person there I went to the front door and asked hey is my husband ok? She’s like no one came to talk to you? Obviously not if I’m asking you, so she says oh let me see what happened. She calls me 20 mins later and says someone is coming to talk to you. Someone came about 45 mins later and told me my husband is ok I should be able to see him in 30 mins after an hour again of waiting I went back to the window when then they called someone to come get me. Again I was there since 830 am they called my husband in at 930am now it’s 230pm everyone left the ppl that came before and after us. Horrible when my husband finally woke up and was able to go home it was about 4:00 pm I was so upset but at this point just happy he was ok, however I will never return to this place or recommend anyone to go here. No one cares especially the front desk ladies they just worried about going home. If I could give it a zero I would. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE GET SURGERY HERE!!! Unacceptable!

I went there to hv my acl replaced. The pre-op the nurses were great. My surgeon was nothing short of amazing. The post-op is where I had the problem. The nurse in question asked me if I've ever used crutches, I told her no. Im only 5'5. Cant be that hard. She then put me in a wheelchair and got me to my car. I get home and inside the house. I get the crutches they gave me out to walk on them and they are huge. I look at the sticker and it says for anyone 5 '10 and up. If this nurse did her job properly and showed me how to use them. This would not of happened. At this time it was about 450, all she cared about was going home at 5
