I was then transferred to Mary in the Wire Department and she did a superb job locating my wire info and providing me with the information I needed to move forward with my situation. ::They're so much better than Bank of America... BofA sent money via ACH (their transfer is very confusing...they give me 3 options and only the same-day transfer is wire and the other two options are ACH but on their website they're just grouped together) to CoinBase's Metropolitan Commercial Bank. I kept bugging BofA several times to request ACH reclamation but they haven't done anything for more than a week whereas Mary from Metropolitan Commercial Bank was very helpful for locating the fund and coordinating the transfer back

::Pretty sure they're a scam. They keep sending me stuff in the mail with a bunch of weird add ons. Since the only branch is in new York and I live in the Midwest it seems unlikely.
