::The customer service at the front desk is top-notch. They are so friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. We got a standard king room. The decor is wonderful. It does feel a bit small. I typically enjoy the bathroom being separated from the room, but it was decent. We ordered room service on the first night, and the food was delicious. The second night we ate in the restaurant and the food was decent. You either get a large comfy seating or a tiny table for two. My husband and I were seated at a small table by the door. I probably would have preferred room service day two. This is a downtown experience, so if you don't like noise, this is not the place for you. We were awakened at 6am by trucks pulling in. The windows are not soundproofed. Overall, it was a clean hotel and room. I would try it again in a larger suite. A very solid 7/10.

::Everything about our stay was fantastic -- the room amenities, huge soaking tub and shower, nice seating area and fireplace, beautiful lighting. The doors sliding open to the bedroom in front of the tub are cool. It's the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in-- we never heard anyone the whole time we were there and the property was almost sold out. The food at the on property restaurant was delicious and the service amazing. The Vault bar is such a cool place with incredible cocktails. Everyone we interacted with has wonderful customer service, and the valet was great even though the weather was terrible that night. The hotel allowed us to hold our bags at the front desk after checkout so we could go to brunch down the street before taking the car out of valet. Overall an amazing experience, I would stay here over and over again.

::The hotel is in a good downtown location, the rooms are nice and the food is decent. However, I do not recommend this hotel if you’re here for business and work out of your room. There isn’t a comfortable place to work. Also, there isn’t a coffee maker or microwave in the room. Definitely not set up for business clientele. Parking is an issue as well. Valet fee is a bit overpriced at $42 a day. However, my biggest issue was the shower/bathroom. It’s literally a part of the bedroom area. No privacy at all. There isn’t a door to separate the bathroom and the bedroom. (There is a separate door for the actual toilet though.) I usually love the Autograph hotels. This one was a huge disappointment and I won’t return.

::The room layout was nice, but not cleaned well. Dirty floor, dusty, dirty shower, sticky table, just not clean. Very poor workmanship and maintenance also, shower handle and head loose, cracked and broken tiles, shower door doesn’t stay closed. We wanted coffee at night and since there is no coffee maker in the room we called down to the front desk and you’d think we asked some exotic delicacy. The first request was ignored, the second call got us one cup of coffee 45 minutes later. I travel for a living and this is the first hotel that didn't have coffee in the room or lobby. My wife asked a staff member a question and he never even put his phone down to answer her. Dirty and bad service, not at all what I expect for $850 a night.

::I want to first start off saying I understand the shortness of staff, however the lack of communication made it worse. We were told check in was at four, when we went to check in we were told the room was not ready. During this time we went to the bar in the lobby. The bartender on Saturday around 4 was rude and would not give us the time of day, my sister asked for a pickle martini and he told her angrily he never heard of this cocktail and he didn’t have time. After this we went back to check in at five, and we were told the room was still not ready. The front desk couldn’t give us a time. We decided to go downstairs and have the best experience of the night at the vault. Around six we went to check in and told our room was still not ready. When we got upset they told us they could move us to a room that was ready but they needed to get our bags out of our old room, which was not fully inspected. After all of this we were checked in around 6:30-6:45. We had to cancel our dinner reservations, due to the fact of not being able to check in. I was offered the locker room to change for the evening but I explained to the manager on why I did not want to change in the locker room. For supposedly being the best hotel in Cleveland, they really lack communication and guest service In most of departments, except the vault. The vault experience was phenomenal and I’d recommend to everyone however the hotel? Go to the Hilton. We had a better time there
