::Specificly asked them to add on phone insurence and because THEY screwed up i am now unable to have phone isurance even though it was there fault! Now i am being punished for their mistake! I will never recommend anyone to go to pcs or this location. Pcs obviously doesnt care about their customers and could careless about loosing them.
