  I miss the old manager. I think the newer people that come in and are in one store by themselves need to be better trained. I had asked if I could get rid of a virus in my phone and he said I don't think there are viruses on the phone I'm not trying to bad-mouth MetroPCS by any means I like them that was just frustrating. Also this was the T-Mobile over there on 80th and Sheridan

  The staff here is really great, I bought my phone here last year and when there was a problem with it they fixed it for me quickly and free with the warranty I didn't even know existed. I prefer this metro store over the others in the area
