  It is very busy. To busy to help with picking out a phone. They need more help. Annoying Mexican music plays in a corner boom box with flashing lights.

  When we too change out phones they gave us two options, get a new phone or switch the SIM card to another. Without letting us know that are insurance was covering the original plan and that we could've used it right then and there instead we had too transfer the SIM too an iPhone which apparently voids the insurance, and again without informing us that would happen and instead told us this would be better because we would be paying less when in reality we were deceived and tricked to be forced too buy a phone for the original retail value, more than 3x times the cost if we just used the insurance that day we went in instead being lied too.

  Open sign is on and it is 12:36pm and the door is locked and no one is inside or answering the phone. You call that reliable customer service? I think not.
