  🤗 Metro is giving out some of the best phones ever given out when you switch! There are also big discounts for new activations and upgrades now!!! Everyone should head in and see what they have to offer, you have nothing to lose!!!

  the staff is nice and try to be helpful. But I have been in there at least seven times in 2-3 weeks to fix issues with my phone and no one can help me. They always say to come back when Andrea is there, but she's never there. They even told me her schedule, I came at a time she was supposed to be there, and wasnt there. It just seems ridiculous that there wouldnt always be some type of manager there at all times to make sure customers could resolve issues. I know its not the kids fault that work there. I blame the company 100%

  GREAT STORE GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE. SWITCHED FROM CRICKET TO METRO PCS GOT A GREAT DEAL AND THE REP HELPED ME OUT A LOT. WOULD NOT GO TO ANYOTHER METRO PCS STORE BEST ONE I HAVE BEEN IN. ALAMEDA AND CHAMBERS
