  One of the most exciting experiences of my life! YES the customer service is excellent but the employees here truly honestly share something with you besides just a smile! When you go in you are greeted with an excited to be at work HELLO and the whole place is just filled with a good vibe and great attitudes from the employees.

  Absolutely stellar customer service! These people know how to provide 'genuine' customer support. My 6-month-old ZTE ZMax Pro caught fire on its' own and melted the charging cable into the phone itself. They took excellent care of me, and expedited me a new phone at absolutely no cost whatsoever.

  lady kept coming up with different prices! ugh!! it was noticeable she had no intentions of even helping me. disgusting!
