  I am only giving this the 2nd star because the girl that helped me was very knowledgeable about the phones on display. I picked out the phone I wanted, and respectfully declined the $15 screen protector and $15 case, because I planned on getting those items from Amazon, where I could get a much better deal. The man behind the counter became very rude and was trying to argue with me about the screen protector I was planning on buying. The first time I came to this store, I had a great experience, which is why I drove all the way back here from a job in Weatherford, but I will not be returning to this location.

  This store is under new management now & the staff is excellent at customer service . They have changed the entire look of the store and are also running many specials, that other Metro Stores usually don't offer.They do not push sell, instead they do take the time and explain the promotions and are very welcoming. Right now they are also doing a lucky draw for a chance to win a TV, PC and many other items.

  I am the manager of this store. Don't listen to these noises as we all know every new business go through these kind of harassment. we opened this store a month ago, we have a very qualified staff and we are dedicated to provide good customer experience.
