  star because one of the famine gentlemen was helpful and straight forward. However he did lie about how phones bought before may 2014 (grandfather phones) wont work after summer. its September (2014) now and my phone hasnt died or lost connection.I am going to keep the phone until they can upgrade my phone for free or something because i am perfectly fine with the phone i have now. TIP: dont buy into all their cases, ear piece, other stuff they try to sell you. If your buy a new phone with a plan, just say you want the phone, with the plan and nothing else. That will keep your cost low.

  Took a lil long but got what I needed, with only one employee there!
