  I've been here many times and the staff is friendly compared to other retail locations for Metro PCS. I may not like corporate but the stores have to work within the limits and so I can't punish them if they are not at fault.

  The employee's are rude and lazy. I would go somewhere else.

  They have poor customer service they take too long to serve you and they don't explain to you the full details when you purchase something it just sucks. I would recommend to go to the one on Camelback and 19th Ave it has better customer service and they're super nice. I don't even have metro pcs 😭

  Well my husband's phone fell out of his pocket and in the bread slicer at his job. The phone was 4 days old. Needless to say they weren't helpful and want to charge almost $300 for a new phone. We have had service with them for 3+ years and they didn't care. We have 4 phone lines as we have a couple teens. We have been loyal customers and even when we qualified for an upgrade we didn't always use it. We have replaced the teens phones at least 3 times this year. So for my business and loyalty to this company we couldn't even get a discount. I'm changing phone carriers.
