  Been trying for months to get the j7 prime from them and everytime I go I give my number to call when they're in stock and they've never called and I can say that about most metros on the east side of tucson

  Worst customer service. When I set up the account and gave my information they didn't use it since when I use the number to speak with someone about the bill they couldn't even get in my account with my information. I suggest ALL AVOID THIS SERVICE!!!

  No customer service. No assistance with bending the rules. No information about how crappy the model I chose is.

  Just bought a Galaxy grand prime and a lot of the stored don't have screen protectors for this phone. There is only two choices of case for it as well. I recommend buying the accessories for this phone online before purchasing the phone from metro.
