  Don’t waste your time or money at this place. First, watch out for the homeless people trying to shank you to get into the store. Once in there please don’t let “Jerry” help you. He straight lied to my face, and pressured me into buying a phone that I tried to return within 48 hours only for him to reject me. What a waste of time, energy and most importantly money. Never again! Honestly, just that interaction was horrible enough for me to switch service

  This MetroPCS Store is By far the best I've ever had the pleasure of spending my hard earned money at. I've dealt with laziness, ignorance, and straight up rude attitudes at many other stores. With this store it is an entirely different echelon of customer service. I was treated like a guest and like the loyal paying customer I am. Killer service, always helpful, always friendly and knowledgeable. Wish All Stores Had Such Awesome Staff and Service.

  This Metropcs store (authorized agent operated by JL Wireless) is far superior to other Metropcs dealers in the area. The staff is competent and helpful. Metropcs has the best prepaid cell plans around and the Tmobile network offers high data speeds.
