  This location took advantage of a legally blind person sold them phone pushed them out the door with phone they couldn’t use refused to exchange within one day then told them terms and conditions afterwards

  Horrible location, staff is extremely rude and, in my experience of coming here on 1 occasion, they were racist with another customer. Yeah, he was being a bit of an ass, but the girl working there kicked him out and called him a "broke n****" on his way out. Listen.. as a businessman, there is a proper way to lose business. And this is it. Good job, MetroPCS franchise, you have lost my business.

  The speaker on my phone blew out. I thought I would have to buy a new phone but the staff at MetroPCS advised me that my phone was still under warranty and they can have me a new phone within 3 to 5 days. I got my phone on Friday. Exactly three days after I spoke with Metro. Very good service and very friendly staff

  I tried to explain to the cells rap then my phone when I cannot receive phone she said was water in it since last Sunday Saturday when I brought it but I don't I've been making calls to get support and they told me to take it to the store but when I get there I was treated like I was a kid. So I'm thinking about changing my phone over to another company thank you.
