::I walked into this location and asked the clerk if they had a tempered glass screen protector for the ZTE ZMAX PRO. She said she did, took my payment, and quickly began opening the packaging and installed it on my phone. I then noticed she had installed a screen protector for an LG Aristo that is an inch smaller. She said she could not do anything since she had installed it and said it was a misunderstanding. She purposely lied for no reason what soever. Will never trust this location again.

::Other than thei r corporate stores they are complete idiots when it comes to do even the smallest of tasks or problems they refer you to a corporate store. So why call them authorized dealers?...they can't even trouble shoot issues. I dislike metro a lot, I'm seriously thinking about going to another company...if they can't fix my new issue with them I'm going to go back to a "real phone company"
