::Can I give zero stars? Visited 3 days in a row to try to rectify an issue, no one in the store is empowered to do anything. Everything takes a manager, and there is never one there. These folks have no idea about customer service. Save yourself and go to Verizon, where they always go the extra mile for the customer and they care about your experience.

::This store has no knowledge of return policy for devices. As well when i asked i was transferred to 3 different people only to be told to call back in a few days when their manager arrives to confirm a return policy. Their return policy is on their activation form they give you when you activate a phone. I just needed a clarification. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!! Unless you want a headache.

::Make sure you are 100% about the phone you like other wise you just blow your money away! I got an "upgrade" comes to find out the phone got really hot just by downloading one freaking app! Was still in the store told her I wanted a different phone n she said I couldn't return it ! Guess that's what happens when you have a crappy cheap service! 🖕
